Alex Dilworth Joins Lux Aeterna as Design Creative Director
We’re excited to welcome Alex Dilworth to Lux Aeterna as Design Creative Director, strengthening our creative leadership as we continue to expand our work across film, TV, documentary, unscripted and immersive. Alex brings over 20 years’ experience in broadcast and film, as well as large-scale visual experiences for global live events and installations.
Before joining us, Alex held senior creative roles at Moonraker VFX, where he collaborated closely with directors, editors and VFX teams on a wide range of premium television and film projects. His work encompasses flagship natural history title sequences such as The Green Planet, Earth and Planet Earth III, as well as the visual identity for Netflix’s History 101, which received a Collision Design Award. Some of Alex’s recent credits include creative direction and graphic design for the Netflix documentary Chimp Empire and Ocean with David Attenborough for NatGeo/Disney+
In his new role, Alex will work across our slate to help shape direction from early development through post-production.
“The calibre of the work at Lux Aeterna speaks for itself,” says Alex. “What really drew me in was the value placed on the creative process from the top down. I love not knowing what the next brief will look like, or what form the solution will take. That freedom to explore, and to do so collaboratively, is incredibly energising.”
