An international political struggle with one woman at the heart of it.
In 2016 Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe was detained in Iran for attempting to topple the Iranian government. She ended up incarcerated for five years and claims she was prosecuted due to a long running political dispute between the UK and Iran. Zaghari-Ratcliffe has been fighting for justice and to clear her name ever since.
Prisoner 951 follows Nazanin’s story, uncovering what it was like for her, her family, and their fight for justice. We created title sequences and graphics for the series, designing elements to convey locations and key narrative information.
