The project encompassed some of our most technically ambitious and data-driven work to date. Working directly with scientists and wildlife experts, our artists integrated real-world datasets into the globes, including animal migration tracking, fisheries data, ocean currents, vegetation distribution and weather patterns. Spanning photorealistic imagery, explanatory visualisations and graphic treatments, the globes play a central role in helping audiences understand the complex systems that connect the world's oceans.
