A story millions of years in the making.
New scientific breakthroughs have aided the creation of BBC series Human, looking at the development of our species from early hominin life forms millions of years ago to present day homo sapiens. Host Ella Al-Shamahi explores how we came to be one of the most dominant species on earth from such humble beginnings. Lux Aeterna created over 60 incredibly detailed shots reimagining our ancient ancestors. Working alongside photogrammetry specialists Sample and Hold four avatars were made to representing different species of human.
